Changes and cancellations: Email Yixuan at least 12 hours before your confirmed lesson to request a cancellation. Within 12 hours, contact Yixuan directly to discuss it. There is no self-service cancellation button.
Refunds: Requests are reviewed manually. Contact Yixuan first and include the date you would like to book next. Any eligible refund is processed manually after review; sending a request does not automatically trigger a refund.
Privacy: Your preferred name, reply email, requested lesson time and request status are stored in the website’s private teacher-management database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare D1. Authorized teachers use them to review and arrange lessons. No student account is created. Please use an email you control; email ownership is not verified by this form. Do not provide identity documents, addresses, medical information or payment credentials.
For access, correction or eligible deletion requests, email mandarinfortaiwanlife@gmail.com. Identity will be checked before private information is disclosed. Records are kept while needed for lesson administration, support or legitimate recordkeeping; provider logs and backups may have separate retention. Gmail processes lesson notifications and subsequent email correspondence. Google Meet processes your participation when you use the meeting link. See the Privacy Policy for details.
