Cancellation & Rescheduling

Teacher-reviewed requests Contact Yixuan by email at least 12 hours before a confirmed lesson to request cancellation. If fewer than 12 hours remain, contact Yixuan directly to discuss the situation. There is no self-service cancellation button in this stage. Rescheduling requires confirmation from Yixuan. Include your proposed next date and time in Taiwan time. Sending an email does not automatically change a confirmed lesson.
